Long Beach Real Estate Market Update

Hello and welcome to the Long Beach Real Estate Market Update.  The main purpose of this newsletter is to keep Long Beach residents informed about their local housing market.  Since home ownership is usually the single biggest investment a person makes, I think it is important to help home owners understand current market conditions.

In addition to real estate and mortgage statistics and information,  I also plan to include local Long Beach news, upcoming local events, and mix in some fun stuff whenever possible.  I want this to be informative, useful and entertaining.  Also, I want it to be quick read so it will only be two pages in length.
